After hours of being indecisive, I have finally settled on baking as my free inquiry project. Currently, other than an ugly looking birthday cake or two, my baking skills are subpar…especially when it comes to decoration. I decided to take this opportunity to develop my baking skills, be more confident in the kitchen and earn me some brownie points with my partner ;). Weekly, I hope to research baking tips and recipes. Every second week, I will put my research to the test in my kitchen!
