The Pumpkin Cookies were a great success! This time I made each batch of Cookies separately.

Following the recipe on from the video I found super easy and great because I could make sure that my product looked similar to what she was creating in the video.

Batch number two! One thing that I noticed I need improvement in keeping a clean workstation.

I am very messy when I bake!

I loved the way these cookies were light and fluffy more like mini cakes!

However, I originally planned to practice my piping skills on these new cookies but they took too long and I was exhausted!

Instead, I just simply scooped on the icing that I made on top of the cookies.

 

To be fair, they still look tasty.

In the future, I think I will have to bake something and then the next day decorate. Baking already takes so long for me to do, that it is hard to justify taking the time to properly decorate once the product is completed. Besides, The dishes take long enough.

I am looking forward to my next batch of baking!
